I warmly welcome you to the official website of Mukono Municipality.

As the Speaker of Mukono Municipal Council and Chairperson of the Council Sittings, I am honored to lead a dedicated team of elected leaders who are committed to advancing the social, economic, and infrastructural transformation of our municipality. Mukono stands at a pivotal point in its growth, and it is through collaborative governance and citizen engagement that we shall achieve the inclusive development we all aspire to.

The Council I chair remains steadfast in its responsibility to represent the interests of our people, legislate for good governance, and provide strategic oversight for service delivery across all sectors. We continue to pass development-focused resolutions, support efficient implementation of programs, and advocate for resources to improve roads, education, health services, sanitation, and job creation within the municipality.
