- To collect Revenue from within Mukono Municipality
- To develop a 5 year Financial Plan for the Municipality
- To develop a Budget and ensure proper Resource Allocation
- To provide monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports
- To continuously monitor the Budget
Strategic Objectives
Increase the percentage of Local Revenue collection by 50% through registration, sensitization and valuation of properties.
