To develop a 5 year Financial Plan for the Municipality

To develop a Budget and ensure proper Resource Allocation

To provide monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports

To continuously monitor the Budget

Increase the percentage of Local Revenue collection by 50% through registration, sensitization and valuation of properties.
